Default left headlight now working

sorry for my english. car: 1999 civic cx. stock
i tried to installs projector headlight today, but it does not come with a prewire for plug and play. so basicly i have 2 bulb and only one wire.
so i decide to cut the one wire into 2 red and 1 black separate. with the H1 bulb adapter i connect red wire to the H1 bulb, but does not work, than i tried putting the 2red and 1 black together. both light shine but for only 10 sec. afterward it doesnt work anymore. i tried putting the original light bulb back on but still doesn't work. does these mean i blown a fuse>? i tested the new H1 bulb since i thought i was blown, but still doesn't work.
my question is, how do i fix my problem, and the second is how do you instal the hallo projector headlight without the plug and play adapter.
i searched about 4hr now in the website, but haven't have any luck. please help or else i cant drive at night anymore.
my mechanic experience is a 3/10...

Check fuses 5 and 22 (driver side) or 4 and 21 (passenger side) under the dash.

There's also a main fuse in the fuse box under the hood, seems unlikely that would blow though. If it's blown, none of the headlights will work nor the tail lights or the dash lights.
