Default Locating Parts

I've loved cars for years and know a little bit about general modification and things like that. When it comes to engine and wiring and everything mechanical i'm lost. Luckily my dad is pretty well inclined for that sort of stuff, not great but sufficient. He is not the greatest teacher, he kind of just takes over and does it himself. Kind of off topic but what i'm asking is if I need to locate say the ignition harness where could I go to look. Like internet wise, I have the Helms civic manual on the computer but it's 1200+ pages and it's hard to find little things.
I don't feel like asking on here everytime I need to find a simple part.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you looking to buy one? What engine do you have in the 92 HB?

It was really just a general question of locating parts, I just used ignition harness as an example.
I have the D15B8.
This summer soon to be doing a mini-me, well paying someone to do it.

Well, if you're looking for parts needed for a mini-me swap or something, you can always use the HCF search function. You'll probably get more acurate results than google. Good luck on the swap!

Go to http://estore.honda.comand register. It's free and they don't bother you with a bunch of emails. Once registered add your vehicle to your profile with your VIN. I have found just about every part I have tried to. Once you have the Honda P/N number you can shop around for price and availability. Hope this helps.

I know what I need for the swap and everything.
All I am trying to say is, when I come across some instructions that says "splice into blue wire of ignition harness" (<--- example). I want to know where I can find the ignition harness.
Thats all. Any help?
