I have a damaged drivers side door lock on a 2003 Civic. My wife and I are looking at trading it in, so I don't want to pay the $200+ just to buy a new barrel and fix it myself. Is it possible to switch the barrel from the trunk lock with that of one of the doors? Since we have the trunk release up front, I'd rather have both doors functioning. I don't have a problem switching the drivers and passengers locks if it's possible, I just figured that would be more work than switching it with the trunk.
