LOL....Question too
As summer gets nearer and nearer i keep looking for my car soo i came across this

LoL
so my question is how much would it be to get a high mileage low price car and switch the engines and transmissions and some other stuff and also would it be worth it?

Damn, I woulda hated to be inside that car when all that happened to it...
But anyway, since that's a brand new car, it would probably be more work than it's worth to get a new engine and all of it's electronics to synch up with say a 4th Generation Civic, if it's possible. Mounts, harnesses, the general interface and whatnot would probably be too different.
You'd probably be better off just getting (for less money) a well taken-care of 4th or 5th Gen Civic than buying that wrecked Civic alone, with no work involved and no 2nd Civic to buy.
