i have had a problem at night with all lights blinking when i step on the brakes. At one point i shut off the car w\lights still on and every thing started to die then i heard a sound like a relay and every thing came back on this was about 2 weeks ago last week (at night) i pull in to go to the store and shut off every thing and my seat belt did,nt retract (4 dr) when i came out to start the car nothing worked and i could hear a beeping. After turning on the key and\or lights a few times power came back on. Is this the big 7 pin relay (mitsuba rz-0063) above the hood latch or the smaller one just below it any help would be sweet as this is the only problem with this car and i luv this car
