Default melting things

good day all im not real good with honda the problem im having is melting the plastic peice that goes on the spark plug. its an 04 had a 1.8 had a v tec put in i thinkk they used the same ones. any idea why they would melt(wrong lengh maybe) any help would be great.

Using cheesy aftermarket wires, or-- the wrong plugs and/or improperly torqued so combustion gasses are leaking out around the plug threads.
