Default Missing Fuses - Do I need them?

Ok check this out. I am new to Civics and generally inexperienced with mechanics and electronics. I just researched and discovered I had the fuse 15 problem on my 98 DX and recently repaired it. While checking out the fuse box I notice several fuses are missing.

To be precise, I am missing fuses 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20, and 27.

Is there any reason these are missing or any purpose for missing fuses? If not, I'll just pop in some new ones.

No, you do not need them. They are for options that your car does not have that other cars which share the same chassis use.

yeah you dont need em. they are for extras, like sunroof etc etc..
i dont know about yours but there should be a little transperent plastic that is held by the little door that you pop open in the fuse box under your dash. and it tells you wat each fuse is for, incase something goes out... you know exactly wat fuse belongs to what.
