More power window issues!

More power window issues!
97 Civic power window passenger side doesnt work from either switch. It worked a couple of months ago started not going up all the way got the window all the way up unplugged it a few weeks later tried it again it worked fine for about a week and now i get no sign of life at all from either switch. Any ideas? Thanks alot David
