Default my battery wire giving low voltage :/

I left the lights on in my Honda Civic ('95). I got my girlfriend to help me jump it but I didn't pay close enough attention and the black wire on her car battery (BMW) is actually positive. So i rigged it up backwards and burnt the fuse for my battery (yeah I know what an idiot ). Anyways I replaced the fuse and everything works fine except that my in dash clock always resets to 1:00 when I turn on the car and my stereo didn't work anymore. Presuming that I fried the stereo I bought a new deck and installed it but it didn't work either. So I investigated all my connections with a voltmeter and everything was good but I discovered the +12 Volt Battery Wire is only pumping out about 4 volts. The ignition wire still pumps out over 13 Volts. So my question to you all is: is there anything else I can do myself to determine the cause of the low voltage, or should I just give up and bring it in to the shop... thanks yall

You could have damaged your battery.

Under the hood, there is a 15A fuse labeled BACKUP. Check whether it is blown.
