2001 Honda Civic LX 5 spd. The car wont start and when i try to turn it on one of the PGM-FI relays starts clicking.. to be specific is the brownish one. My oil light comes on along with the check engine light. But if i push the car and let go of the clutch it turns on fine. I dont know what the problem is ? could it be the relay clicking or someother thing that makes the relay click? i dont want to spend alot of money if possible. PLZ help
