My gauge cluster half works??

So I have a 99 civic ex MT and i took my gauge cluster out...and when i put it back in my RPMS work but they are slooow at moving and my MPH will get stuck at like 60mph and my gas gauge and heat temp gauge stoped working. whats going on? i also did take off the gauge needles but i put them back in. Please help what i did wrong
