Default need eg help

ok so i got a 94 civic ex sohc vtec and i pulled the motor and rebuilt it and i put it back in and now im not getting any spark and when i turn the key in the start posistion the fuel pump relay clicks really fast and loud you can hear it clicking back and forth. any suggestions ive checked all the sensors and connectors the coil is in spec the motor is crank reall good but not firing do to the 2 factors above so any help would be great thanks

Where all are you not getting spark?

Are there any cel's?

Make sure all harness connectors are connected, check them again even if you've already done so.

well im not getting anything to any wires or the cap i havent checked the light yet its raining at the moment

as for the harness connectors me and 3 other people looked through to make sure and all my fuses are good i checked them also

Did you forget to reconnect the important ground wire on the thermostat housing? Or is this ground connection loose or corroded?

yeah i check that its fine the thing that is really making me wonder is the fuel pump relay clicking and when i crank the motor it stop until i let off any clue on that its continous click click click click click really fast

Is there battery power at the distributor connector? If so, check the igniter unit in the distributor.

Also double check all of the engine ground wires and then test the ignition switch:

still havent had a chance to check the distributor connector but i was checking the coil if the resistance is below spec is that mean its bad i know if it has too much its bad but its below like the spec is 12.something to 13.3 k ohms and its 10.85 k ohmd

how do you check the igniter i have a book but its not in there the icm passed one of the test so far
