need help

Hi there all you fellow ricers.I just put together a 95 honda civic ex D15b with 50mm turbo is there anyone in houston texas that reprograms stock computers or is there a performance chip i can buy.I got a 4 bar map sensor and wide band 02 sensor.Or do I just need to break down and buy hondata setup?
