Need help with Dual Projector Headlights!!!

Ok...I successfully installed my Dual Halo Projector Headlights...except for the halo part...
There are two wires...a red and a black...i know what they mean...but where do i connect them???
Can i connect them where ever im getting electricity?? Or is there something special i need to do inorder
not to ruin my halos!?!???!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

just go to a hardware store adn but quick connector things I cant explain them real well adn jus twire them in with your turn other 2 wires then you don thav eto splice or cut anything
