Need help on installing engine mount inserts

I have a 97 hatchback with a B16 motor. I need a step by step guide on removing the bottom engine mounts left and right and rear mount. I already installed the tranny top mount and the engine top mount. Thnx for the help!

take the 19mm nut off of the end through the wheelwell, then 2 14mm bolts from underneath.
