Default Need help with new ride....

Could use some help...alot of decisions, need some expertise...

I got a 95 Honda Civic Ex coupe...Fixing this bad boi up and need a frame of reference...

I want the Civic to ride smoother, not clunky like being on a bus, what do I need to change or fix..?

What catalytic converter do I need? How do I know If I am picking a good one? How do I improve on Smog when it comes to the exhaust and not the intake?

What kind of muffler do I pick? How do I know If I am picking a good one?

My passenger door does not flush with quarter panel on side that meets with the back window? How do I solve this problem?

Im trying to also make sure that I pass Smog next time around~~~

Ive gotten far with fixing it up, got the airbags fixed, bumper, and fenders replaced, the lights and electrical stuff solved....Got a ways to go...Could use u guys help

Thanks

Is your car lowered or is it at stock hight?

Try looking into Apexi exhaust systems

Try tweaking all the hinges and bolts that connect the door to the car itself.

Get some pictures up of your car too. I want a 95 so bad.

No the car isnt lowered, its regular stock height...

Yea working on the pics, realized that would be useful in showing the issue with the passenger door.

What are shocks for? A friend suggested it.

When it rides u get that feeling of being on a school bus...Not smooth.

Something must be wrong with your suspension then. On stock springs it should ride very smooth

Have you inspected the front and rear springs and shocks? These are central to getting a smoother ride.
