I recently rebuilt the motor in my 91 civic. After rebuilding it, I tried starting the car and it wouldend start. I hadno spark so i got a new distributor.Then I had no fuel soI had to jump the main relay to get the fuel pump to kick on. Well my "Buddy" tried to jump the main wireing harness without the relay in place. I had a spark indicatorin place while he did this and it should that it was sparking without the car even being on. I also heard clicking noises and now i lost all spark again and still had no fuel. I bought a new relay, and the fuel pump kicks on by itself now but It wont stop running and its making an aweful buzzing noise in the pump and the main relay. What could be making no spark, Loud Relay and Pump Buzzing? Please HELP!

 

If you are sure you got new and good relay, try to swap known good ECU in.

 

Ok, That was what my next step was going to be. I even replace the distributor 3 times. Ill let you know what I come up with. Thanks

 

I replaced the computer and now I got spark, but I think the pump is fried. I only got 15 psi and its supposed to be around 40. Not sure what to do.

 

If pump works at all, it most probably makes enough pressure. Check your FPR first.

 

I'd start looking for a short, around ecu and relays. Maybe a pinched wire somewhere?
