Ok, I parked my 1996 Honda about 6 months ago and it was running fine. No issues at all. I am trying to help out a friend (who is down on thier luck) with this car.

When I connect the battery terminals the tail lights come on and stay on. When trying to start the starter does nothing.

I have replaced the battery, battery terminals and the main relay. When I turn the key I do hear a little humm coming from the new main relay I installed.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should do next? I really hate to have dragged to a Honda dealer for them to fix it.
