Is it okay to grab any old radiator off eBay or is there a specific one that I should purchase? I also want to replace the ECT sensor while I'm switching out the radiator. What is the best one to pick up? The car is an automatic if that helps.

You need a radiator for automatic then because it has a transmission cooler coil in the radiator. An automatic radiator can be used in a manual car (by simply leaving the cooler disconnected) but not the other way.
