Add up the amps that all the lights use, then select a fuse that is somewhat larger than that total. Probably a 5 amp would be OK for a few neons.

If they are rated in milliamps (mA), divide by 1000 to get amps. For example 800 mA = 0.8 A.

Alright, so what type of fuse am I looking for? And which wire do I put it on?

So let's see if i got this right. I put the negative wires on the neon to one wire, to a ground spot on the frame. I run the positive wires from the neon to a post on the switch. then i run a another ground from the switch to the frame. then a power wire from the last post to the battery
