This picture here shows fuses in the under-hood fuse/relay box, whereas the picture in the next post shows fuses in the under-dash fuse/relay box.

sounds like a fried ecu to me... the same thing happened to one of my friend's cars, he was jumping it and we could get it to spark or get fuel, but not both at the same time, we swapped the ecu, it was good to go. we had already been through everything else under the hood/dash/in the car... it was ridiculous
