Noise 1st gear and reverse manual

Hello Fam I’m new here I have 97 civic ex I been hearing noise when I shift in 1st gear and while I’m driving if I let go on my gas pedal and if I’m also backing reverse I already change both axle of my transmission thank you and appreciate your help
