Well just bought a 1997 honda civic ex. Everytime i put the clutch in it makes a pop sound and it also when i try to shift it wont move like it locks up. I checked the clutch master cylinder and its full. What it could be?

 

Pop sound from under the dash? There have been some people had their pedal brackets crack, which makes the clutch inoperative.

 

Yeah its coming underneath the dash. Ill check that out thank u
