Default Noob needs help.

I just bought an 02 civic EX and would like to transfer my amp and subs over to it. The vehicles I have had before were all domestic and I had an easy time runnin' cables and wire in them. I am having a hard time finding a good place to go through the firewall for amp power. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

dont get pissy... problems with finding a hole or place in the fire wall has no relevance with where the car is made..it all matters on car modle and year, not county. iv done nothing audio wise on 7th gens. so i can do nothing more then tell you to loof for the gromet in the wall

Didn't mean to sound pissy. Just tryin to get a response. I haven't had much time to try and find a gromet but at a quick glance it did not look like it was going to be fun. Thanks for the response though. Looks like I might just have to drill.

if you gotta drill, be careful and make sure its a good place. in most cases, the firewall gromets tend to be in the centerish or a bit to the side either way.. just pull out the carpet from under the drive or passenger side under the dash and look around.

look at gromets first, if that doesnt work then look for the other wires going into the cabin and follow them.
