Default Not start....

Hello guys,
Honda Civic 84, EW4, 1.4, not start. Engine cranks, but not start. Checked spark with indicator - it show: just one spark and more after; stop, start again - just one spark and no more after...Checked coil, distributor cap, wire, fuses, everything good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Michael

did not say about the rotor - but i don't see how you could get 1 spark only and have a defective rotor.
i think haynes has troubleshooting techniques for the igniter for that year (none for my 88). you will probably have to replace the entire distrubutor (figuring that you will not be able to find the problem). i could not on mine (did not have the same problem, though - could not get any spark).
at least i think that year has an igniter (ignition control module).

Haynes doesn't say nothing about this particular problem/ It's surprise for as well, how it's possible have just one spark and nothing after. I'm consider distributor, but why just one spark? if distributor it will be or spak or not at all. I though same where should be ignition control module? but nothing see under hood, where it possible locate? Can it possible be inside of distributor?

Not sure about an 84, but the ICM is found inside the distributor in the newer stuff and yes it will cause it to spark once and then nothing after that until you shut the key off then back on. I have seen this problem twice and both times it was the ICM. The problem is there is no good way to test the ICM.

So..., what I have now, Haynes I have, what is done:
- ICM was tested, three of them - all good
- Distributor, three was installed and tested
- coil, two of them tested and installed
- condence, two was tested and installed
- harness, wiring was ispected, fuses good, ignition switch reassembled check all connection, not any damage or burn
When ignition switch ON, power coming on coil on both connection on primery, pull out centre wire from distributor - touch ground, you have just one time spark coming, not any after, you can try so many - same result. apply wire on distributor - not spark on spark plug, three distributor assembly was checked - same result
Any idea?????
I know what you want to say guys, but my friend have not money for buy other car, and I just help him to keep this running...

when you say distributor (3 installed), do you mean distributor cap, or the entire distributor ??
