O2 sensor problem

Hello I'm having issues with my car an 2002 Honda civic LX Ã* just installed a new catalytic converter and the O2 sensors and about a month later sensor 1 went out Ã* replaced it now sensor 2 is out what should Ã* do please help. The sensors are after market there ultra power sensors
