ok gurus,at low driving speeds 10-15 mph car feels like it is swaying a little back and forth but at any higher speed it seems to be fine. Any clues ? Haven't hit any curbs or anything 146K miles on car 53K miles on tires.It feels like you are taking the steering wheel and turning it back and forth just slightly but the steering wheel does not move ????

 

I would say just take it into your local auto shop and have them check your alignment. It doesn't cost much, and could save you a lot of trouble down the road.

 

Have you visually gone over your tires and given them the Abe Lincoln test? My car did something similar and it was the tires. 53K is still pretty low unless you haven't changed the tires this millenium. Yeah, the local shop guys will let you know what's up.
