Default Outside Dash Peeling (w/ pics)

Hi everyone,

I have a 2004 Honda Civic SI (4-door) and recently I noticed that the rubber/plastic dash that seals the front window is peeling in a few spots. In the pics is the largest spot that I see is peeling.

I think this might have been due to the winter and maybe some water got in to make the dash pop out a bit.

Just wondering if anyone can help me? What kind of glue/sealant do I need to fix this?

Thanks!

Here is a close up. You can see the glass ending.

That's a pretty odd problem. I haven't even seen that on older Civics. Bump for any ideas?

I have a '98 coupe and my wiper cowl is doing the same thing, although not nearly as bad. I replaced all the clips, and even bought a used cowl from a yard, but still have the same little warp. I blame the unibody.

I haven't noticed any clips...I'll take another look.

But where this is peeling I don't think there is anything holding it down...I think it's just some kind of glue/sealant.

Any recommendations on a glue I can buy that would work with glass and rubber (or whatever that cowl is made of)?

Thanks
