Overheating. HELP ASAP
i just replcaed my thermostat a couple days ago, make sure to drain the system really good before or else coolant will get EVERYWHER when you pul that thermostat out. My cooling system is really screwed up too and everyone seems to recommend bleeding the system, that has seemed to work really well for me, i recommend that.
Is your lower radiator hose hot when your car has ran for a little bit? If its cold that's probably a thermostat stuck shut

find the lower radiator hose and then follow it...it will then go into the thermostat. You will have to take off the lower hose. I recommend you just change the hose while your at it. They are only 13 bucks. Next remove the thermostat. Its pretty easy only two bolts i believe. Replace the gasket and install the new thermostat. Reinstall the hose, refill your coolant, and bleed the system. This should hopefully fix your problem.
did you check if the lower radiator hose is hot or cold? If its hot and you're overheating and your fan is working properly, i'm stumped, but if its cold, that means the thermostat is stuck shut, and that will confirm your problem. Go let your car warm up (the cooling fan turns on once or twice), and then feel the lower radiator hose.
dude i just got dont looking at it... im pretty sure i would know. but all the hoses are hot. and how am i supposed to bleed the system. if i open the radiator cap with the car hot isnt that bad and if i do it when its cold it takes 200 years for the fan to turn on
