Painting advice.
Honestly I've never seen a high quality flat black paint before... because ussualy flat paint is used for things other than aesthetics.
I would check rustoleum or something... you would have to get a compressor and a spray gun but the nice thing about flat paint is you can basically put it on however you want and not have to worry about it turning out bad... it's very forgiving.

id say if you realy wanna keep it flat black with a PRO paint job.... go to your paint guy...
i cant remember what brand or name... BUT i saw it on a tv show before where its regular black paint THIER BRAND OF COURSE.... and it was either a flat black color OR the clear coat gave it a flat black look... like i said... been to long cannt remember exactly.... stuff looked good and since its regular auto paint and clear coat it should hold up for along time with some good quality as well!
