Default Panic, regards body structure

I have a 2002 civic, I was changing oil this afternoon, instead of jack up the car bysupporting the very outside edge, I tried to support the frame, but the frame was bended, what happen anyone has any image that I can point out which piece of medal I jacked? much appreciate.

there are four jack tabs that stick out from the bottom of the car that are supposed to be used when jacking up the car. i'm not really sure what your post is asking though.

the problem is I did not use the jack tab at the very edge of the car, I went further in and jacked at what I think is the frame. my question is weather or not it's still safe to drive it. if you have a picture of the bottum of the car, I can point out where I jacked. thanks a million.

Are these 4 jack point the only place I should use when jacking up the car?is theframe strong enough to handle the weight?

yes, the 4 jack points are the recommended places to securely jack the vehicle up. but there are many other places on the suspension that are safe (if you know what you're doing). you didn't damage anything by jacking it up from where you did, it should be fine. if you're worried too much, just take a picture of where you jacked it up and we'll let you know if it damaged anything.

I think he means he jacked it up near the middle of the car, If you bent something, it shouldnt be too bad, just maybe a bump inside the car.

the car's still perfectly safe to drive.... just use the jack points from now on.

That' not bent, that's dented....i'm sure the structural integrity is perfectly fine
