Default PCV suction check

Some of you probably followed by previous post https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_320822/tm.htm My outstanding question (well, one of many) is this...The PCV valve can only be accessed when the oil filter is removed. I replaced the valve and reaped a 3 mpg increase since. However, I wanted to check the suction on the lines to see if things are clear. I did run a pipe cleaner back in there and it came out clean, but I'm not satisfied. How does one run the car with oil filter moved to get suction? Is there another place I can access the PCV line with the filter installed to check suction? 2000 Civic LX.

Find the source of the tube, or possibly "T" the line and cap it.

The tube is approximately 4" long. Any access is a one hand job. I can't get a tee in there without taking off the filter again. Maybe next time it's due...
