Well you have a boost gauge but no turbo, but there is a blowoff valve attached to your intake? Plus the stickers and paint job, the homemade taillights, I can't tell if someone de-modded it to sell to you, or you just got a half-finished project.

I'd take off the stickers. Paint it back to some normal color, the original blue isn't that bad. Hit the underside of the hood too. And strip the paint off the parts that are supposed to be black. Stock taillights. Stock Si seats and gauge cluster. Stock airbox or a real intake, clean the engine bay, and all the regular tune-up stuff, timing belt if you don't know if it was done, etc. etc.
Get the engine code off the block too, I'm curious if it's original

I'd skip all that.... it's a HF, so it only needs a $1500 OBD0 B16, some mounts, axles, shifter linkage and steering knuckles/hubs from an integra or civic Si. throw in a couple tuneup items and you'll have a very fun car. You'll lose MPG sure, but the smile it puts on your face will be worth more than the 20mpg you give up.
