Hi just got a 95 civic had problems with it so we changed the oil pan gasket new thermostat and head gasket but my car is occasionally and it is one or the other never same time but it will bog up and down when in neutral and my temp it will stay slightly above normal and float to hot just up and down while driving at a constent speed please help

 

sounds like air in the cooling system. Any time you open up the coolent, you need to bleed the air out of it. That should fix it or atleast help... should be a how-to in the forum somewhere.
