i have had the same problem, it is a fault with the power window regulator. it supposedly happens with all 6th gen coupes which im assuming yours is. It slightly knocks the window off of the track making it difficult to raise and lower. Take off interior door panel and reset the window in the track. this will help temporarily but will not fix everything. lube also helps. the only true fix is to get the regulator which i believe is expensive. here is a link to the price. http://www.hondapartspro.com/catalog...7264+1631+9330

Window could be binding in the side channels. With the window rolled all the way down, do you see the side rubber channels on each side where the window tracks? Spray a little silicone lubricant into those channels and let the lubricant drip down to coat the channel and edge of the window. I suspect the window will move a bit more quickly afterward.

You might be able to confirm whether the window is binding in the tracks by grabbing the top edge of the glass and pushing it from side to side (i.e. towards the front or the back of the car) while holding the button to lower it.
