Default Pro-Ma Additive? Or Is it Proma?

Our 1994 Honda Civic has a little engine click just when it's cold out and the engine is cold as well. It lasts for just a couple of minutes, sometimes even less, and then it goes away. It's just a really fast click-click-click. Anyway, I phoned the Honda place nearby to ask about it, like maybe it's sludge or because the car has about 210,000 kms it needs some high mileage oil, something like that. She said the car might need a valve adjustment, but she also recommended an additive called "Pro-Ma" (I think it is) that might solve the problem. Has anyone ever heard of this or used it? I "Googled" it and I came up with such a product, but it seems to be from New Zealand. Anyway, if anyone's heard of this or they know what would be a comparible product, could you please let me know?

The Hans
