Default Problem after Jump Starting - won't turn over

I have a 2004 Honda Civic LX. The lights were left on and I jump started the car. It cranks no problem like the battery is new - but won't start at all. It is like it is not firing. I have heard that this may be a "security" issue. As far as I know, it only has factory installed security that I thought only affected the radio (which I turned off before jumping). Any ideas greatly appreciated. Nothing more frustrating than your car not starting.

Start by checking for blown fuses in the under-hood and -dash fuse/relay boxes.
