Default Q about 2007/07/08 Rear Suspension

The rear wheel toe changes with a change in rear Camber which dynamically changes with suspension deflection. The question is, would a stationary Camber set at 0.0 degrees produce less toe change with the same suspension deflection as a stationary Camber set at -1.0 degrees. I am trying to stop my rear tire wear by setting the Camber = 0.0 Degrees and the Toe at 0.00 Degrees at no load (other then fuel). Any suggestions? The dealer installed the new upper camber control arms but it has not helped much because we, as Snowbirds, very often run the car with lots of weight on board.
