i will be picking some stuff for my conversion this weekend out of a 96 GSR and i wanna make sure i get everything that i need

heres the list

tailing arms
e-brake lines , will the gsr ones fit my 00 ex ?
brake lines
porp valve , will the gsr fit also?

 

E-Brake lines fit, need Si brake lines, master cyl if you don't have an EX, Si port. valve, brake fluid,get rotors machined and new pads. Extra ride is also a good idea if you have trouble with suspension bolts.

 

i read somewhere that the prop valve is not really mandatory since i have an EX , is that somewhat near true??

 

I've heard that before too but they don't cost that much so if you find one I would get it anyway.

 

can i use the GSR porportioning valve? or does it need to be out of a si 99-00

 

I don't think it is even the right shape.
