Default Quick Question: Camber Bolts

Hi quick question! A friend of mine lost control of her '05 Civic in the snow the other night and ran into the curb. Her right front wheel is scratched, and her alignment is off. The wheel is now to the left and if you let go of the steering wheel the car goes to the right. Other than that it drives great. It's at the shop now and they say the camber bolts need replaced and it might be more. Does this sound right or are they screwing her in some way. Anything else to look out for?

Thank you for anyone's help and time!!
