Default racing chips?

I was looking up racing chips that say they give you an extra 20+hp and was wondering if they're a good investment.

Put your money towards something more worthwhile. If you tell us what car you have and what mods you have, we would be better able to help.

Generally you want to start with an intake, header, cat, and exhaust. Then from there you can go with throttle body, intake manifold, and cam.... then bottom end work, head work... etc.

Or just slap a home made turbo kit on it.

Depending on what kind of exhaust note you're looking for there are a lot of choices. I personally like the Apexi World Sport 2. It's reasonably quiet. The best part though, is that it's not a can so you don't have a stereotypical looking exhaust.

But if you like loud, there are a lot of other choices.

apexi ws 2 is definitely the way to go.

bigger muffler = quieter
smaller muffler = louder
