Oh.

Well, I have aftermarket shocks and springs, only a couple years old, and all the bushings, washers, and collars were replaced at the time of installation.

stu has the sound stopped with the tightening of the wheel. Do you hear a thunking kind of popping sound almost when you make either right or left turns?
