I have a 92 Civic EX (4dr). The problem I have is that the place where the bumper is attached to the body (just behind the Right rear door), has rusted off. Thus the rear bumper has come unhinged on the right hand side. I had this car on the East coast and there, the rust had taken root. Now I live in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA) and would like to get it fixed. Does anybody know roughly how much it would cost and also know any good (reliable and not too expy) body shops in the area?

I'd look to spend somewhere in the area of a G (depending on how bad it is) for the repair and repaint.
