Is there any way to remove a scratch from the instrument panel's clear plastic window that covers the spedometer, tachometer etc..? I saw a "Novus plastic scratch remover" out there but wasn't sure if that would do the trick?

 

you could try that. how bad is the scratch? if its deep you might need get a micro mesh kit and sand it out and polish it.

 

Thanks! It looks to be a minor shallow scratch. I think the scratch was made by a ring rubbing against it while trying to clear dust off of it.
