Default instrument panel/ turn signals

Sup guys I"m new to the forum. I have a nice 94 Civic DX..

Now for the problem [:@]. For some reasn the instument panel stopped working. I mean nothing works speedometer, fuel guage, temp guage, odometer, nothing!!![>:] The only light that comes on when i turn the car on it the battery light for about a sec then it goes off. As well as the turn signals. I don't know if the two problems are related. Here is what i have done.

Checked the fuses. ( for both)
Checked ground wire. ( for both)
Look at the back of the instrument panel to make sure it not burnt up. (looks good)
Replaced turn signal switch.

Still nothing!!!![:@]
I can't seem to figure it out. I have odered a new instrument panel. Just in case that was the problem. I have not recieved it yet. but as soon as i get we'll see!!!

So i was wondering i any of you guy/girls might have a soultion. Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

I would think that it would be instrument panel but I guess you checked it. Just double check the traces for continuity and check if it gets power and if it is grounded. Can't think of any other problem. Hope that helps.
