Default replacing ignition key cylinder

Is this hard to do, sometimes its hard to get the key to turn to start the car?

Do u have to jiggle it alot before it turns? If so samething happen to me.

I never chage one myself but when mine went I had a family member do it for me and it wasn't easy for him. Doesn't mean u can't do it. The shop wanted to charge 500 for the job.
