I bought a lowered civic with coil overs- I had someone raise the car back up- but now the struts are shot and I need to replace them- can anyone point me in the right direction for how to do this- and what I need to know- do I just have to replace the struts or the whole coilover system.

well if ya like the stock height..... just try to find some stock struts and springs....

 

if you want it stock hieth then replace the coilovers, but if you like the way it sits, then just replace the struts. you can use typically any kind made for that car.

 

Yeah, it easy to do if you have worked on cars before. The coilover will just slip off the old stuts, and then onto the new ones. PM me if you have any other questions.

careful with struts - they can kill you if you do not know what you are doing !!!!!!!!
