Is this the right diagram for my fuses?
okay so my tail lights don't work. today went and got new bulbs/fuses i put em in however they still don't work. my blinkers and license plate light and running lights all work so whats the problem? here's a pic

That looks like somebody tapped into the tachometer wire
To test this theory, grab a multimeter, and set it to measure voltage. Then put the red probe on the wire and the black on a ground. Then rev the engine and see if the voltage increases.

Multimeters can be cheap or expensive... just get a basic one for like $20 (something like this). Hardware stores sell them. You can use them to test tons of things, they are a must-have tool for anyone who is doing any kind of automotive electrical work.
I am not sure of the details of testing a brake light switch but I am sure a multimeter will probably be involved.
