Default rolling on wheels(NEED HELP)

alright so i some im pulling out of my drive way and i start to here a noise like i have a can stuck under a wheel. so i get out to find my front right front tire completely flat. i thought it was a flat so i got it all jacked up and everything. i looked from the front of the car and i found the the bolt on the bottom of the lower control arm was sitting on the back of the rim. i got the wheel off but im guessing my cv axle/joint just went out. I had to jack up the control arm just go get my wheel off. Here are some pics. sorry they are so big. I dont know if i can explain it better but id appreciate any help possible

You need a new axle most probably. You could just change the boot, but if the boot has been broken for a while the joint might have already damaged itself. This would be bad since the CV joint will only get worse with time and you will have to change the axle later on after the CV joint breaks. If there is no greese left in the joint, then most probably its time for a new axle. A new boot kit will run about $20 and a new axle will run about $75. If it was my car, i would change the axle. That last pic makes me thing that the joint is gone.
