Seat Swaps
#6
the seat rails should swap right out. Two (possibly 3 - some have 2, some have 3) bolts on the side without the seat belt buckle (all 3 holding the seat rail to the seat bottom), and then 3 bolts on the side with the seat belt buckle. (one bolt holding the side of the seat-back cushion to the seat rail bracket, and 2 holding the seat bottom to the seat rail)
They may even bolt right in without swapping rails... i'm not sure, so try that first. (just put them in the car and see if the bolt holes line up)

Well...i have read a lot about this, but the opposite. Such as EG or EK seats in a crx.
what you have to do is a seat pan swap...

The reason for this is because the CRX and Del Sol Seats are much lower than the Civic or Integra seats and when you put the CRX or Del Sol seats in a Civic or Integra you end up sitting real low. If you do the opposite, you end up with your head through the roof.
But really I think you should be fine without swapping seat pans. Especially if you're tall. The CRX seats will just sit a little lower than the Civic seats did, but that shouldn't be a problem really because your going lower in the car, not higher. It becomes a problem when you put Civic or Integra seats in a CRX or Del Sol because then you end up sitting uncomfortably high.
Though, Hailchristian may be trying to point out that you have to swap seat pans because of bolt hole locations on the seat pans. I think it's just the height though that's the difference but i'm not sure.

Well for the direct fitment thats a negative... i tried it and the crx seats are narrower. For Hailchristian i am not sure exactly how to do that... do i have to change the back part of the seat or maybe can i get away with just swapping the bottom? thanks

well the bottom of my seats when i was using the integra seat pans at first would not fit right and i just kinda like pushed the seat rails closer together so i could put in the bolts. I got 3 bolt out of 4 to work and it was stable. I swapped seat pans though and now all 4 bolt in. Not sure about with your application.
